Welcome to Street Dreamer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our automated business development platform for contractors and tradespeople. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Street Dreamer provides an automated business development platform designed specifically for contractors — including general contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, painters, and similar trades. Our Service handles lead generation, client outreach, scheduling, and follow-up so you can spend less time chasing work and more time doing it.

• The Service is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis.
• Features, pricing tiers, and service scope are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice.

2. Payment & Billing

Street Dreamer operates on a monthly subscription model — no annual contracts, no long-term commitments.

• Month-to-Month. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No Contracts. You are never locked in. There are no early-termination fees or minimum subscription terms.
• Payment Method. You must provide a valid payment method at sign-up. Charges are processed on the same date each billing cycle.
• Refunds. Because the Service is delivered immediately upon payment, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensure that any content you submit through the Service (including business information, communications, and campaign materials) does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Not misuse the Service — including attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Street Dreamer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
• This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or costs of procurement of substitute services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Street Dreamer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Service's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that could harm the Service or other users.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
